PIGMESOLTM D - 5100 Series:
Synergistic polymeric coatings for pigments intended for offset ink application.
Offset printings inks are sophisticated pigmented system based on
organic & in-organic pigment suitably dispersed and stablized in
vehicles designed on alkyd-phenolic resin chemisty and fortified with
suitable additive systems. The most important technical characterstic
is ink-water balance on entire plate surface, non-image area which
attract water while ink gets attracted to image area. Offset ink have
very unique chemistry and most problematic substances which cause
problem in offset printing are residual surfactants & emulsifiers.

PIGMESOLTM L - 5300 Series:
Synergistic polymeric coatings for pigments intended for solvent paint application.
Paints & Coatings are extremely standardized organic pigment
dispersion system. Organic pigments patronized here belong to light
fast mono-azo yellows & Reds for air drying paints system, but for
higher resin system like Acrylic-PU, Polyester-MF, Alkyd-MF &
Epoxy-Amine/Polyamide, pigments like perylene, Benzimidazolones, DPP,
Carbazoles, Phthalocyanines and quinacridones are considered. Fine
stable dispersion are obtained of organic pigments which are coated
with appropriate polymeric system.

PIGMESOLTM DL - 5200 Series:
Synergistic polymeric coatings for pigments intended for liquid ink
application.
Liquid printing system (gravure and glexo - graphic inks) are
highly diverse types of formulation based on various thermoplastic
resins selected due to surface adhesion like polyamides nitrocellulose,
vinyls, acrylics, polyurethane classes of resins fortified with
respective solvents co-solvents and diluents like ester, polyurethane
classes of resins fortified with respective solvents, liquid ink
vehicle offer highely competitive to pigments. Due to varying pigment
wetting properties, each liquid ink pigment intended for application
needs to be appropriately post-treated to imaprt dispersibility, colour
strength development, gloss and brilliance in agiven ink vehicle
systems.

PIGMESOLTM K - 5400 Series:
Synergistic polymeric coatings for prgments intended for plastics and
rubber application.
Colouration of plastics and rubbers using organic pigments is a
well established technology and involves process like mixing,
mastication and extrusion in the polymer matirx may belong palstics
(thermoplatic like polyolefins, styrenes, vinyls) engineering plastics
(PC, Nylo, PPS, PPO etc.) Or rubber (Synthetic / natural). Pigments for
their application should be heat resistant, stable to processes like
vulcanization, extrusion, shear and mastication and pressure and should
be easily dispensable to develop full strength at required application
dosages and should not choke the screens/mesh at die head in extrusion
process.
